What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password or if my login does not work?

There is a “Forgot Password” link on the login page of CU PolicyPro. Click the link and enter your email address, and a link to reset your password will be emailed to you.

If the system can’t find your email address, or the automated email does not arrive within 10 minutes (check your spam/junk mailbox as well – it may have ended up there!), please contact policysupport@cusolutionsgroup.com for assistance.
