Yes, you can use CU PolicyPro to distribute board packets to the board.

To do so, create a subfolder specifically for board documents in the “Resources” folder in the Files area of CU PolicyPro. Adjust the subfolder’s security settings so that only board members (whatever user group(s) you use for board members) can access the folder and its contents. Then, upload your board packets/documents inside the subfolder. Members of the access group(s) you chose will see this folder and its contents on the Resources page of CU PolicyPro.
